Contributor License Agreement

This Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") governs the rights you grant to Scout when you submit media to the platform.

1. Ownership retained

You retain all copyright and ownership in your media. Nothing in this CLA transfers ownership.

2. License granted

For approved submissions, you grant Scout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, process, modify, sublicense, and resell your media for the purposes of: (a) AI model training datasets; (b) curated data products; (c) related research and commercialization.

3. Originality & warranty

You represent that you captured the media yourself, that you have rights to all depicted content, and that you have obtained any required releases (e.g., for identifiable individuals).

4. Anti-fraud

Stolen, scraped, AI-generated, or duplicate content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending payouts.

5. Payouts

Approved submissions trigger ETH payouts on Ethereum to the wallet address you provide. Only approved original content is paid.

6. Moderation

We may decline content for any reason including quality, legality, or dataset fit.
